Short term rent: frequently asked questions

Some quick answers
  • Can the renting period for my studio be extended ?
       Yes, it can, in mutual agreement. Preferably requested at least 3 weeks in advance.

  • How do I make a reservation on a studio or apartment?
       After confirmation by mail or phone, the apartment/studio is reserved for you
       It is definitly booked with the payment of the warranty (=1 month rent).
      The reservation will expire in case of non-payment within timeframe agreed upon.

  • What is the warranty for?
       As in all renting formulas it covers the no-show and possible damages.
       Warranty is paid back latest 10 days after departure.

  • Can I pay in cash or with cheque?
       Cash payment can be done for the first month, but we prefer banktransfer.
       Cheques are not accepted.

  • Who are the other tenants?
  •    We do not accept tourists
       The other tenants are businessmen, expats, interns, trainee and researchers.

  • Can I bring my pet into the studio?
       Sorry no pets allowed.

  • Can I visit and check the apartment in advance?
       Of course: feel free to check yourself or send a friend/colleague to inspect.
